The Free plan is for personal and non-commercial use. Reselling or redistributing the raw data feed itself isn't allowed on any plan; see the Terms of Service for the exact license.
Any HTTP call to api.cs2c.app/v1/* counts as one request. Batch endpoints (e.g. /v1/prices/batch) count once per call regardless of how many items you return.
